Clara Alley
This photo lead to my meeting a neighbor. As soon as I took the shot, a gate to the right of this mural opened. A woman's friendly voice started telling me the story about the mural gate's owner/painter.
It was Wilma Parker. Painter and Clara Street resident of 40 years.
